Griswold Salesman's Sample

Very nice cast iron Dutch oven and accessories. All the pieces are in excellent condition if you count a little rust excellent. Top of lid says Griswold No 0 Tite Top Dutch Oven. Inside of top says Patented Feb.

10, 1920 with Griswold in a cross. The bottom of the oven says, The Griswold Mfg. Co, Cast Iron Tite-top Dutch Oven, Erie PA USA with Griswold inside a circle inside a cross. 1920 at the very bottom is 563.

Trivet also says The Griswold Mfg Co TRIVET Erie PA USA and I believe the number at the bottom is 573 or 523 I'm not sure of the middle number. The hook is for hanging over the fire. The pot is approximately 5 1/2"wide including the handles and 2" without the lid. The bail on the pot is original, and the trivet fits well inside.
