Interior's light sand color makes it easy to monitor browning, resulting in less sticking and burning.Ideal for all cook-tops, including induction. Wide handles provide even weight distribution and a secure grip. Phenolic knob is heat resistant to 500°F. Pot with lid weighs 11 pounds.
