Size 3 Cast Iron 3 leg Potjie, Cauldron, Kettle, Reenactment, Survival, Camping. These large potjies are made of Pure Cast Iron with no fillers or pot metals. They are well made and perfect for cooking out over a campfire with 3 sturdy legs. The large cast iron potjies with tripod style base to sit firmly above your coals. They come with a well fitted cast iron lid and handle.

They are great for baking campsite favorites like stews, chili, or whole dinners. The top is made so that in normal position it serves as a self-basting pot, or turned over it will hold coals within its rim to keep your meal warm for hours. The pot has a rounded bottom so you will get a nice rolling boil that makes these pots so popular.

Being designed in a rounded manner it distributes the heat evenly around your meal. If cooking a whole bird, it allows the juices to return to bottom after basting to make a healthy, deliciously tender meal.
