Marked 327-C The Griswold MFG. Looks to have been painted a few years ago, not a lot of cooking buildup, but plenty of dust.

Fancy handle with no damage, like being broken or cracked. Very lite wobble, but that is from being painted black, you can see the paint build up on the one foot.
