It pains me to sell these, but I need to liquidate some if my very fine antique cast iron collection from the early 1880s. Size 11 is particularly hard to find. I have only seen this one in over a decade. You can tell some from the lack of additional marks, but mostly from the scoop style of the handle, that this was Griswolds first edition of pans, from the 19th century. All pans have been lovingly restored and seasoned, though you may wish to reseed in yourself if you plan to cook on them.
If you have never held early cast iron, you may be surprised at its thinness and light weight. Hood quality cast iron is not actually more heavy than, say, carbon steel. Surfaces are smooth and ready to cook on induction, glass too, electric, gas, charcoal, whatever.
