Antique c. 1800s Gate Scar Mark Gate-Mark Cast Iron Pan Skillet 10 Dead FLAT

Has a gate-mark on the bottom from where they pealed this off its original manufacturing form before modern day techniques were in use.. Thus, this dates from 1875 or earlier (think Wyatt Earp)...

Very likely a civil war era pan (if not a little earlier). It has all the monikers of being that light, thin, pan strapped onto the side of a horse on the way through the wild west. DEAD FLAT on a marble counter top.
