How are they different from cast iron? Wrought from a solid sheet of iron, our pans are half the weight, more conductive and even more durable, as they cannot crack.

Seasoning is simply layers of oil baked onto a pan, which forms a natural, easy-release cooking surface. Seasoning is the only way to achieve a non toxic, forever renewable non stick cooking surface. What oils can you use? For seasoning, we recommend rice bran oil. For cooking, any oil/fat of choice can be used. What utensils can you use? We prefer metal and wood utensils be used for cooking.
