2 Cast Iron Skillet With Heat Ring - Slant Logo "Erie" (NOT THE MORE COMMON EPU) - P/N 703. CHECK OUT ALL OUR OTHER LISTINGS! This is the early scarce skillet that will match your P/N 411 if your blessed enough to own a true No. Heat ringed EPU skillets in this size are common and EPU Smooth bottom skillets are ever more common.

2's, None of the 2' are commom Smooth bottom and EPU heat ring skillets have more years of production than the "Erie" even though they keep getting listed at rare and scarce. No wobble, sits level on plate glass, collector condition. The cooking surface is very smooth. The side walls and bottom of the cooking surface still have original mill marks but shows signs of use and ware. Some sharp pencil point pitting exists and other slight signs of use. COMPLETELY a must have as far as rarity and condition. No disappointments with this one. I USE VERY BRIGHT LIGHTS FOR PICTURES! None of our cast iron has been oiled for pictures. What you see is a rock hard light seasoning that will allow you to display your iron for years or begin your own cooking and seasoning process. This cast iron has been cleaned to bare metal using electrolysis and inspected for cracks and repairs. Then re-seasoned with methods approved by collectors for display and by those who cook in their cast iron.

All of the work on this cast iron is done right here in house by us. We would be very happy to answer any questions you have! (NO ANIMAL FAT THAT TURNS WHITE AND GETS CRUDDY AFTER SEVERAL MONTHS IS USED ON OUR CAST IRON). Our cast iron is cleaned and re-seasoned without the use of power tools and the iron is left in natural condition.
