Heavyweight cast iron heats evenly and retains heat. Pre-seasoned with flaxseed oil for a smooth, durable surface. Octagonal Multi Pour design with six pouring directions.

Oven and broiler safe up to 500°F. 8 inch Skillet: 8 inches diameter, 2.75 inches high, 3.5 inches high with lid, 6 lb 8 oz. 10 inch Skillet: 10 inches diameter, 3.25 inches high, 5.25 inches high with lid, 11 lb.

12 inch Skillet: 12 inches diameter, 3.5 inches high, 5.5 inches high with lid, 13 lb. Hand wash with hot water and a stiff nylon brush. Do not soak or use soap or harsh detergents.

Apply a small amount of vegetable oil while the pan is warm. Store in a dry location.

Apply a thin layer of oil and preheat slowly before each use.
