The before treatment video follows this description. To see an after treatment video (not very good but a bit of extra flavor, pictures are better), here is the link, wasn't able to get two videos in one posting to work. Let's use the pictures to understand the factory flaws and the one significant damage since we are not live face to face to haggle over details. Numbers refer to the picture count. Uneven color in lid is result of some uneven mold flow. I can feel it just slightly with my fingertips. Might be a slight very small chip in the rim but looks and feels smooth, don't see pores, if it is post factory it's pretty minor. Sight patchy molding flaw just below the possible chip. You will have to enlarge the picture to see it at all. Interior lid embossed lettering not as deep as I would like to see but I see other large lids have the same lack of depth so I will chalk up to the manufacturing process. Slight surface corrosion on the trivet (all rust was zapped with electrolysis and quick follow up to prevent flash rust). The only real significant detraction is the nasty pitting in the bottom. I can't imagine what caused it. Usually when I see this kind of cratering the sides are rough as well but in this instance the side walls are nice and smooth all the way to the bottom. Factory grind around the bottom, maybe 1/3 of the way, not much of a detraction. Although two pieces of printer paper can be slid under for a couple of inches it does not spin by my definition which is something like "swivels freely with light force". Turning the pot requires moderate force and it stops instantly when I remove my hand. In my opinion, electric cook tops are the best and fastest way to make a spinner, don't do it, any other way you can think of to use is better, in my opinion only. Post cleaning treatment was baking on three coats of grape seed oil.

More so because packing will be robust considering value and scarcity. Plan is to actually send two packages, the pot in one, lid and trivet in the other. Let me know of any questions or concerns before or after, words matter.
