This is a hard to find Lodge No 20 cast iron skillet. Cooking surface does had a couple patches of pin size pits and some small areas with a little more moderate pit.
While these can be seen in the photos, t. He surface is still very smooth to the touch. I was able to clean the pan, but my oven is not big enough for me to correctly season it. I did apply Crisco to the pan after heating it up on the stovetop.
There is some movement on a polished granite surface. You can feel a slight downward dip in the center of the pan as you glide your fingers over the surface. No chips, cracks or repairs and does not spin.
This item was stripped down to bare metal using collector approved lye bath and electrolysis treatments. This process ensures the removal of all residue from previous use making it safe to use once more.
