Ready to use, no seasoning required. Durable surfaces resist dulling, staining, chipping and cracking. Ergonomic knob and handles are designed for easy lifting. Compatible with all cooktops; oven safe up to 500°F. Hand-applied appliqué and gold tone stainless-steel knob. 4 1/2" high; 6 1/2" high with lid.

Ideal for use on any cooktop, including induction. For best results, use low to medium heat on cooktop. Oven and broiler safe to 500°F, including knob and lid.

Use wood, plastic, or heat-resistant nylon tools to avoid scratching enamel surfaces. Do not slide pan on stovetop. Enamel can chip or crack if dropped or banged on hard surface. Allow to cool before washing.

Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads, harsh detergents or abrasive cleansers. Stubborn food residue and stains can be removed with nylon scrubbing pad or sponge.
