Rare HTF vintage cast iron Griswold No. 9 lat bottom kettle with self basting lid in really good condition. It is approx 7 1/8"H w/o lid & 10" w/ lid x 10 3/4"D x 12 1/2"W & weighs about 11 1/4 lbs. It is marked on the top of the lid "GRISWOLD NO 9 Flat Bottom Kettle" & on the under side of the lid "Patent Feb 10, 1920 GRISWOLD Erie PA USA 882". Marked on the bottom of the pot "Cast Iron 9 Flat Bottom Kettle GRISWOLD Erie PA USA 812 A".
