This is the larger pumpkin and hard to find! Small black spots and bumps are natural; they are coming from the enameled process, when the bath of paint infuses into the cast iron is normal to see tiny black spots (cast iron); specially on edges and any part close to ridges. Micro bumps are also natural coming from the enameled process; they should be small as well.

They are just normal, tiny imperfections caused during the manufacturing process (but still first quality). Please check out my other listings for more items from Le Creuset!
