Very Very Rare Chicago Hardware Foundry 8.5 Mint Green Enamel Cast Iron Skillet

This is a very, very rare, maybe one of a kind CHF enameled mint green skillet. It was likely made prior to 1938 because the company went out of business by then. The handle is very 1920s Art Deco. As I don't know any of this for sure I would love for anyone with any concrete evidence of where this came from or anything like that to please share any information about it if they are willing to.
