Vintage CAST IRON 3060 Deep Fish Fryer Chicken LARGE OVAL "Restored" MADE in USA. This is a great old "true vintage" cast iron piece. This is a very large and very heavy piece of cast iron, marked on the back as #3060. This piece is also stamped on the back as the "DEEP FISH FRYER", but obviously could be used for MANY more things than simply fish. There is NO LID included with this piece, as I don't have it.

This has been "restored" back to the original finish, all the years of "gunk" has been removed and a very light dusting of "oil" has then been applied. Whoever is the new owner will need to season the cast iron, as you would with any cast iron that hasn't ever been used before. There are plenty of methods on the internet with instructions on how to do, but you again apply more light application of oil and bake in the oven for a specific length of time prior to use. Just check them out, or simply ask another cook who uses cast iron as there "go to" cookware and they will know! Measurements of the item are listed below for your information.
