Vintage Unmarked No. 8 Cast Iron Long Griddle/ Sad Iron Griddle VY Vinny

8 Cast Iron Long Griddle/Sad Iron Griddle is a refined, multi-use antique gem! With a cooking surface 19" long and 9" wide, the slick season will have food dancing when cooking and looking sharp when serving. Tip to tip the piece is 22" and 10½" wide.

Being a turn of the century piece, the cooking surface has imperfections but is free of any damage. There is a dainty 8 on one handle.

Underneath there is a lone "VY" which my spouse has affectionately named "Vinny". Without a maker mark, Vinny is a griddle of his own. Vinny has a minuscule wobble that might not work on a glass top, therefore it is not officially recommended.

Coil and gas users can expect a nearly flat sitter. Priced to cook, let me know what questions you may have.
