Vintage Wager Ware No 12 Cast Iron Skillet Restored Condition

This is an unmarked Wagner Ware No 12 cast iron skillet in fully restored condition. The cooking surface has patches of etching from corrosion.

Also, marks from a heavy duty grinder. This can be seen as discoloration on the cooking surface. These are nearly undetectable as you glide your fingers over a glass smooth surface. Pan does not sit flat on a polished granite surface and is not recommended for use on a ceramic or induction stovetops. This is not an issue for use on a gas range.

No chips, cracks or repairs and does not spin. This item was stripped down to bare metal using collector approved lye bath and electrolysis treatments. This process ensures the removal of all residue from previous use making it safe to use once more. The item is lightly seasoned with one round of Crisco at 450 for 1 hour. This item was photographed in very bright light to highlight fine details.
