Vintage Wagner Ware 1102A Cast Iron Fat Free Fryer

This vintage Wagner Ware 1102A Cast Iron Fat Free Fryer is an incredibly fun piece that is in spectacular condition. With a 9" milled cooking surface surrounded by a 1" channel, cooking oils run off instead of saturating food. Fat Free Fryers are rare enough as is, but this is a wonderful example on top.

The cooking surface is great and the piece sits flat, though please note a small area of surface degradation that does not impact cooking. Note that the cooking surface itself is elevated slightly by the channel running the perimeter. Thus, glass tops will not have the same contact points that a coil or gas range would.
