Wapak #8 Indian Head cast iron skillet. There are no cracks, breaks, etc. No specific issues to mention, but there may be casting flaws, scratches, utensil marks, staining, dark spots from oil pooling during seasoning, etc.

Minor wear to the logo, but still pretty good (my opinion, but please judge for yourself). Cast iron cookware will last hundreds of years and generations if properly taken care of.
